What did we have for lunch today...Well, The K-Man had oatmeal, corn dogs, and scrambled eggs with a glass of water(and a small amount of sweet tea). Oh, and a purple sugar free Popsicle. Little Bit had a slice of cheese, a piece of bread, and carrots with a bit of a water and juice concoction. Wrapping the meal up with an orange sugar free Popsicle (we couldn't leave the little guy out!).
Looking over the lunch menu I can't say that I would win the "Mother of the Year" award with this meal, but everyone was happy!
What did you serve for lunch today?

Lacie...that's an interesting lunch! :)
We had tacos...and Cait had one of those toddler meals...turkey and mashed potatoes and peas/carrots, I think.
This made me giggle thinking of all the crazy combos that we eat as a normal day! Lunch has been fun lately...just kidding. J had turley, cheese, a few green beans and cantaloupe. R had rice cereal (he's still not too keen on table food), green bean baby food and cantaloupe. Then I gave them each a few bites of birthday cake - carrot cake, so I guess it was healthy! hee hee
That lunch sounds about right to me. At least your kiddos will eat. Mine usually eat a half-eaten sandwich or bowl of cereal. I relaxed a lot this summer.
I actually made hamburgers for lunch. Does it count that we didn't eat until 4:00? This summer has gotten us all turned upside down. Next week is going to be a killer!

I might fight ya for the Mother of the Year because I don't think I actually fed A. lunch today. We had breakfast, she snacked/mooched when Scott ate lunch, I gave her a snack of pretzels and dried apples then we went to Target. When we got home she was so gonna take her nap...but we never had lunch. Oops.
I just threw one of those 90 cent 'Totinos' pizzas in the oven for the kids. They love 'em and I guess they're healthy--they have tomato sauce on them, don't they?
um, Sonic. I am really Mother of the Year....NOT! HA HA
Nothing like a extra long chili cheese coney for Reid and chicken for Macy! yummy. Oh, and me....no greasy sonic food today, thank you very much. I did splurge and get a diet cherry limeade. It made me day!
when my son was your son's age, it was a peanut butter sandwich topped with applesauce (no jelly) and fruit loops!
sorry, the previous comment was just me! :)

You win! :) You were the only one to comment on the jar/votives and I referred you so you win them both! ;) I'll send them out on Monday! I hope you enjoy them!
