Get out these babies and run like the wind! Ok, maybe run OR work out. I just seem to always put this joyful aspect of my life on the "back burner". The sad thing is I love it. It gives me so much energy and makes me feel just plain good. Granted I would also love to spend a WHOLE HOUR reading, scrapbooking, sleeping...but, run is the one thing that would (for me) reap the most benefits!
